導(dǎo)熱專用納米氧化鎂純度高、白度好、粒度小并且均勻、分散性好，可用于導(dǎo)熱硅膠片、導(dǎo)熱樹(shù)脂（PA6、PP、PPS、ABS）等材料導(dǎo)熱填充，通過(guò)必要的表面改性處理添加量可以達(dá)到70～80份，導(dǎo)熱率可達(dá)到5W/m.K。

對(duì)氧化鎂填充導(dǎo)熱硅橡膠的性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明，氧化鎂用量在200份以下時(shí)，小粒徑氧化鎂填充硅橡膠的熱導(dǎo)率和拉伸強(qiáng)度大于大粒徑氧化鎂填充硅橡膠，而拉斷伸長(zhǎng)率則相反；添加適量的硅烷偶聯(lián)劑有利于提高硅橡膠的熱導(dǎo)率，其用量約為大粒徑氧化鎂用量的0.5％。
